Rexe provides a real estate search platform that aggregates listing data from licensed brokers and MLS sources. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. 3. Accounts

4. Listing Data Accuracy
Listing information on Rexe is provided by third-party MLS sources and licensed brokers. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date data, Rexe makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing information. All real estate transactions must be conducted through and verified by a licensed real estate professional.
5. Intellectual Property
The Rexe name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Rexe, Inc. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. Listing photographs and descriptions are the property of their respective copyright holders.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rexe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Changes to Terms
